DME Operations Supervisor (Remote)

Job Summary

Operations supervisors are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of their operation run smoothly and efficiently. This includes making sure that equipment is working properly, monitoring employee performance to ensure they’re meeting standards, resolving any issues that arise, and planning for future growth or changes in demand.

Compensation starts at $65,000 per year, with a generous bonus structure based on Ready-to-Bill (RTB) case volume.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities

  • Organizing workflow and implementation of operational policies

  • Preparing work schedules, assigning workers to shifs and designation of overtime if necessary

  • Completing reports, prioritizing projects and monitoring their departments compliance with operational standards and policies.

  • Reducing operational cost, problem solving and optimizing processes

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction

  • Manage and evaluate staff performance, provide coaching and training as needed

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

  • Analyze data and prepare reports on operations performance and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve operational issues

  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations processes

  • Distribute work received personnel

  • Maintain records of operational activities

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to develop and implement operational procedures and policies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and other computer software and systems for operational tasks

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
